Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t you ship all prints stretched already?

We have found that shipping fees on a larger print is sometimes more costly than the print itself! Ouch.

We recommend shipping larger canvas prints unstretched and rolled in large, sturdy tubes. In order to save our customers money.

You save on the canvas and we can offer affordable shipping. Then you can take it to your local framer to have it stretched on wooden stretcher boards or try a DIY. See next question.

What do I do with the unstretched canvas print when I get it?

I know you may want to carefully peek inside the tube. We recommend not unrolling paper prints before you are ready to frame. Any handling could incur unintentional damage.

Canvas is a bit sturdier.
